Sorry, I haven't seen this and don't know what could be the case.  You might
get more ideas from upstream at enlightenment-users at lists.sourceforge.net.

Yea, that is strange - it might be useful to run `xrandr` in flwm and a bare X
session to compare with E's output regarding your displays.
