[pymvpa] New documentation on feature selection and RFE

Hi,

I'm very happy to be able to announce the first user-contribution to the
PyMVPA manual. James M. Huges wrote a new manual section from scratch,
which provides insight into the feature selection facilities of PyMVPA.
It also has a dedicated section about recursive feature elimination
(RFE).

This new manual piece replaces the black hole that used to be there.
