[pymvpa] removing chunk stuff in Frontiers' paper

Dear All,

I propose to remove any mention to things like "leave-one-chunk-out",
since we'd need to explain well what the chunk issue is about.
If you think that "chunk" is a relevant concept for the paper we
need a proper definition/description. But since this paper is not
about how analysis should be done but rather the lovely PyMVPA
I'd like to simplify the message for the audience.
