[pymvpa] Big documentation update!

Hi,

I have just uploaded a big documentation update to

It includes updated installation instructions for the 10 (speak: ten!)
operating systems we are providing binary packages for.

It features a new 'Module Reference', as a more user-oriented middle
ground between manual and API reference (This is still work in
progress).

We also started collecting a list of interesting papers, with very short
comments and DOI links (work-in-progress). If you think something should
be listed there, please post it here or email any of the developers.
