[pymvpa] Big documentation update!

That is the most amazing news ever!  Great work on the docs and I'm
just speechless about the cell phone analysis session :)

In other news, I've begun the partial least squares (PLS) data
measure, which we'll be able to use as an independent multivariate
analysis (i.e., not classification) and also as a pure, hopefully
stable, multivariate feature selection algorithm.  I'll let you know
when it's ready to try out.
