[pymvpa] Mac OS X installation issues

sorry in advance since probably my reply will not be informative -- I
have no clue in OS X and macports in particular.

But looking at macports site, and doing quick search I found
http://trac.macports.org/ticket/17935
which states
  	 Milestone:  	 Port Submissions

so, I guess, that pymvpa hasn't yet made it into publicly available
macports, and you would need to use James' repository meanwhile (as you
have mentioned)

Documentation was targeting 'end goal situation', since we believed it
would not take long for macport to get accepted.
