[pymvpa] numpy dependecy issues on Mac OS X?

FWIW
heh -- are you manually installing scipy/numpy tandem or using some
feeds/repository? that is their job to make sure that they use
appropriate versions of both modules.
in debian (sid) versions are 1.2.1 and 0.7.0
in lenny: 1.1.0 and 0.6.0
so I guess you would need to upgrade to some numpy which is compatible
with scipy 1.3 (if there is such), sorry for my ignorance on the history
of API changes in numpy/scipy to give you better answer
