[pymvpa] disable libsvm output

it somewhat depends on the version of libsvm you use... any recent
Debian-shipped version has control over output, the version we ship
along with pymvpa also had that patch applied. libsvm releases >= 2.89
also has the ability to control output (you would need most recent
pymvpa release though 0.4.2).

By default LIBSVM output is disabled, but if you run your script in
non-optimized mode, and enable debug id LIBSVM, then you get what you
asked for ;)
