[pymvpa] git http mirror

Hi!.

Here at work I'm behind a firewall so I cannot access git's port.
Debian's wiki asserts that a http mirror will be available:

http://wiki.debian.org/Alioth/Git#Accessingrepositories

But unfortunately in the case of pymvpa that solution does not work:

Could you please fix this ? (It's not just a problem for devs, but also
a problem for people that use macports, since the script checks out the
sources through git).
