[pymvpa] scipy problem at installation

Thanks for the help!

I have tried a bunch of different combinations of the precompiled numpy 
and scipy's, but cant find anything that works.

PS-1 I find it hard to find out what combos of python libraries that are 
compatible. Is this a common thing? I come from a "matlab background" 
and am trying to learn how to do things smooth in Python.

PS-2 Yes I know I could get a lot more sleep going to Linux. However I 
am stuck with a lot of other peoples binaries that are compiled for 
Windows, as well as a bunch of other issues that does not give me a 
choice......
