[pymvpa] Website preview available

Hi again,

tThe new PyMVPA 0.5 will also come with a new website, featuring the new
documentation. While it is still far from being ready, you can already
take a look:

  http://dev.pymvpa.org

This is a preview of the upcoming website and reflects the current status
of the new documentation. Before the release the amount of documentation
will probably again substantially increase.

I want to emphasize one important new feature of the website. It is now
possible to leave comments on each page of the online documentation. If
you spot an error, have a suggestion for improvements, or request
clarification of a specific aspect, simply post it right there. To post
you can use a multitude of existing accounts, or you can even post
completely anonymous -- without having to open any kind of account.
