[pymvpa] GLMNET with rpy2

0.4.4 interfaces glmnet via rpy, not rpy2 which has completely different
interface, so just install glmnet and rpy

for nifti you would need to install pynifti

Altogether I would simply advise to use recommended OS (i.e. Debian, or
to be more precise NeuroDebian) in a virtual machine.  See

http://neuro.debian.net/vm.html

for the information ;) So far we heard only positive feedback ;)
There you would have everything needed available within a single

apt-get install WHATEVER_YOU_NEED_FOR_DOING_YOUR_RESEARCH

command ;-)

Then it would look smth like

on OS X

May be we should announce a little contest for the best screenshot. So
do not hesitate to share a screen shot of your
Windows/OSX/whatever_non_Debian box having NeuroDebian running
(FSL/caret/afni/mayavi2/...;)
