[pymvpa] missing skl in setup.py

Hi Yarik and Michael,

Just a one liner: in the list of packages in setup.py
(0.6.0-dev/master) this entry is missing:
     'mvpa.clfs.skl',
so the scikits-learn bridge cannot not be installed
at the moment.
