sorry about that -- we are thinking on the appropriate "global"
resolution... probably nuking header completely, besides
qform/sform information is the way to go....
for now, just set scl_slope to 1 and scl_inter to 0 in the
dataset.niftihdr prior map2nifti call
dataset.niftihdr['scl_slope'] = 1.
dataset.niftihdr['scl_inter'] = 0.
and then proceed with map2nifti
