[pymvpa] How can I fix the misaligned confusion matrix?

Did you widen the window before running the command? Often the
scroll-back buffer is fixed once the command is issued, but if you
widen the terminal prior to running the command, it should spit out in
a prettier fashion.
Having said that, if the output is tab-delimited, it should paste
really well into OpenOffice Calc (and if it is space-delimited, a few
text find/replace can make it tab-delimited). Alternatively, redirect
the output to a file and then have your favorite spreadsheet program
open the resulting file.
