so, you have 1 image with scaling and the rest without scaling...
does data from those images participate together in some analysis? e.g.
do they all correspond to different functional runs which get loaded and
no zscoring per run is invoked? then you might have a problem because in
older versions of pymvpa values from the first values would be offset by
19 and divided by 17 (i.e. scaling was not applied).
in any case you should be safe if you are using pymvpa 0.6.* or 0.4.7
