why rc3?

ideally you should just try using current master from GIT -- that issue
with deprecated/removed numerix.ma was resolved quite a bit ago (we even
had ~rc5).  also we refactored things a bit and tutorial_lib.py was
deprecated in favour of

  from mvpa2.tutorial_suite import *
