[pymvpa] Install problem on Scientific Linux

Hi Loris,

Thank you for the reports and troubleshooting -- just to make clear:
- having installed 'numpy-f2py' was there anything needed to be changed
(among those changes you have tried) to build PyMVPA?

Also we would suggest to go after 2.x series of PyMVPA (e.g. released
2.0.0 or better current GIT master)
