[pymvpa] Error on build step on CentOS

, or importing rightlib pcre is installed i dont know how to check if it 
is right or corrupt, pardon my non-Pythonability. Numpy 1.7 was 
downloaded and installed via the commands:  python setup.py build; 
python setup.py install --prefix=$HOME
