[pymvpa] normalise

Hi all,
 
My experiment is event-related design. Now I normalise my data to conduct MVPA.  And I wang to follow these steps: (1)subtracting from the signal value at each time point of each voxel the mean signal value across all voxels of the ROI at the same time point, and (2) dividing the result by the standard deviation of the signal from all voxels of the ROI at that time point. However, I don't know how to fill the commandline: zscore(ds, chunks_attr='chunks', param_est=(  )). Could you help me?
