[pymvpa] Recovering original image dimensions after remove_invariant_features

Hi Nick -

Thanks for the reply.

An update: for the time being I just went back to not using
remove_invariant_features and ignoring those warning messages. However,
processing one of my subject's data (so far only just one hangs, out of 7
that finish) hangs PyMVPA s.t. it never resolves. My understanding is that
these warnings I'm getting:

WARNING: Obtained degenerate data with zero norm for training of
<LinearCSVMC>. Scaling of C cannot be done.
 * Please note: warnings are printed only once, but underlying problem
might occur many times *

and the underlying issue (of some dead voxels being included in the
dataset) should not actually crash the system -- presumably searchlights
centered at voxels that include these dead voxels might be weird, but not
more than that . If that assumption is right, and I can give you something
to help determine what's gone awry, let me know.
