[pymvpa] Problems interpreting GroupClusterThresholding results

Hi all,

I've run GroupClusterThresholding on my permutation results (50
permutations per subject), and I'm having trouble interpreting the results.
If I'm understanding this correctly, clthr.fa.featurewise_thresh is the
threshold value that a searchlight needs in order to be considered
significant, right? So if a value in the real results is less than the
corresponding value here, it should be considered for adding to a cluster?
What then is fa.clusters_featurewise_thresh? Because there are many more
voxels for me that are less than featurewise_thresh, but only a small
handful show up in clusters_featurewise_thresh...
