[pymvpa] How to get the common space and export it

Hi
I had get the greater result by using Hyperalignment for multi-subjects studies.
Now I want to export the common dataset after hyperalignment , just the martix without header file about the data .
But I haven't find the right way to achieve it .
I'll be appreciate it if you can offer your help .
