[pymvpa] PyMVPA WARNING messages

Thanks for your reply.my dataset (ds) has a dimensions of (1152, 3120)the events has a length of (48) which has 2 conditions and 8 runs. Each condition is repeated 3 times per run.the (evds) has a dimension of (16, 3120)but evds.a.model.X has a dimension of (1152, 52).I have no idea on where does (52) come from.

add to above fit_event_hrf_model argument return_model=True and then
look at  evds.a.model  beast in particular evds.a.model.X  matrix
