Yes, the man command is not working with files from command line for
russian manpages. If you call man ./hex-a-hop.ru.6, then the file must
be in the UTF-8. Strange, I think, I sent report bug ...

I just install a new version -4. Russian man is OK.

Thanks for  \\(em in Russian translation.  :)
I found a small bug in the man translation. Updated file is attached.

Groff for Russian is one BIG hack.
