[Pkg-giraffe-maintainers] Switch of the packaging to dh

Hello,

I made some patches to switch the packaging to dh[1] for our Ubuntu
based distribution, if you are interested ;-)

I have something which builds, I just have an issue to generate the
debugging symbols packages, I'll look at this next week.
