[Pkg-giraffe-maintainers] additional copyright information for files in debian/

Hello,

after the last mail from Matthias I added some more information for the
files inside the debian/ folder. This was needed after the rework of the
file debian/copyright and adding the artwork from René without explicit
information about the copyright for the artwork.

After clarification on the mailing list I set the AGPL3 as license for all
files inside debian/ and fill in all copyright holder I could found. Maybe I
missed some person(s).
Are the AGPL3 o.k. for every person that contributed to Giraffe?
