We probably don't need this, as it's just python-magic. We bundled it because of all the distros we try to support. We also bundle python-daemon and python-lockfile for our own zarafa-search-plus packages, as some distros ship mutually incompatible versions of those.

Asking around, but pretty sure that we can just remove the README.
I will also try to have a look at the GSoap issue before the weekend.
