dropping kopano-dagent would be bit problematic I guess, since we would
not be able to receive mails anymore.. I guess it depends on it because
of some scripts it might trigger (autoprocessing of meeting requests?), and
in theory we could live without those.. but see below.

yes, I think if we just build with the php7-ext/ dir instead of php-ext/ then webapp
should just work.. right, jelle? at least when I added php7-ext, I remember webapp working
just fine (ubuntu 16.04).
