a potential fix is simple, yes.
But this still doesn't fix the underlying problem that the Kopano 
related packages are far away from using recent package versions and 
that makes it's really unattractive for potential users of the Debian 
based Kopano groupware. Also it's not helpful for Debian itself to 
provide rather old and really up2date packages.

I was thinking too about a complete removal of the Kopano packages as so 
far nobody was stepping in to update the packaged parts of Kopano 
groupware since the orphaning long ago.

Nothing is lost if the ask for removal of the packages, the mailing list 
will still be usable and also the BTS is reachable in case of an removal.

If I find some time the next days I'll open up issues about Kopano 
related package removals. In case nobody will start some RFA tasks. ;)
