Bug#271582: epiphany-browser: Please, don't make it depend of mozilla-browser

I'm (happily) using Firefox as main web broswer, but I like Epiphany's
Gnome integration.

While Epiphany depends on mozilla-browser i must install it to make
epiphany work.

I don't know if it's possible to divide mozilla-browser package to get
only essential files installed.
