Bug#271405: gnome-cups-manager on arm build

Hi,

I'm the maintainer of gnome-cups-manager which is missing a build on ARM
for the new release to enter testing.  The current testing version is
unsuitable for Sarge so this is somewhat important (cf #271405)

Current (20040913) excuses:

Excuse for gnome-cups-manager
      * 35 days old (needed 10 days)
      * out of date on arm: gnome-cups-manager, libgnomecupsui1.0-1,
        libgnomecupsui1.0-dev (from 0.18-2)
      * Not considered

A build was attempted at 20040808-2302 but this failed due to broken
build-dependencies[1], but it hasn't been retried since.  As you can see
this package has been waiting to be built for some time now -- is there
any way this can be pushed up the buildd queue?
