Bug#259198: gedit `open' starts from /home instead of $HOME

 Ok. I'm always using up-to-date testing. now: gedit 2.8, this bug
passed. My only problem: i'm using my /home with 771, normal users can't
access their $home in gedit-like progs. but, it's a GTK2::FileChooser
problem, not Gedit-specific.
