By how much is it out of sync? I've also noticed some small (~200 ms)
out-of-sync issues with totem 2.16.

If totem is using XVideo, you should notice a small delay in the video's
translation while dragging the window with the mouse. On the contrary,
if it is using X11, you should notice that the cpu usage increases with
the window size.
