Because libxml2-dev can not be less than 2.7.3 in debian unstable. The
same applies to cdbs and libglib2.0-dev. It's absolutely safe from
upstream point of view.

OK. Just wanted to fix as many lintian warnings as possible.
I've been a bit confused why new requested packages have to be lintian
clean, while those included in official repositories do not.

Yes, as I already mentioned this is my fault. Didn't check it twice.
If needed I can prepare new patch which includes all your suggestions.
