Yes, the GNUstep packages haven't been updated for a while.  Partly
because Lenny was frozen for a long time, and partly because I haven't
had time to work on them.

Gürkan has produced some packages, available at
<http://sid.ethz.ch/debian/gnustep/>, based on the latest upstream
releases.  There are a few changes that I need to make before uploading
them, but the final packages will likely be fairly similar.

As far as helping with GNUstep, yes, we can always use more help.  Check
out the bugs that have been filed against the GNUstep packages and see
if you can help fix them.  I will try to dig up some more information in
the next couple of days on how to help.
