Control: severity -1 important

I am uploading a new revision shortly disabling this
test so it allows revdeps to migrate atleast most which have nothing
to do with the failing function test in question.

Will go ahead with packaging xorsimd in next weeks (occupied with RL)
unless no-one beats me to it.
