[pkg-go] Bump moar pager RFP

I'd like to bump this RFP:

May I kindly request that you consider moar for packaging?

Moar is written in Go, which is why I come to you with this.

Moar has 327 stars on GitHub, so it is being used by a number of people:
https://github.com/walles/moar

And I have recently had two issues reported where having a Debian package
would have been the best answer.

If you would consider moar for packaging that would be super!
