[pkg-go] Please move orphaned golang-github-gogits-go-gogs-client to Deban salsa team

Dear Go packaging team,

I believe
<URL:https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/packages/golang-github-gogits-go-gogs-client>
should be moved to the debian/ salsa group, as the package is orphaned.
It would allow me and every other DD to update the orphaned package
based on the current salsa git repo.  At the moment I lack write access
to the git repository.

Can someone with access to the go-team salsa subset move the repository?

Or, if the package is to be maintained by the Go packaging team, please
upload a non-orphaned package with correct Vcs-* links.
