[pkg-go] Please help upgrading golang-github-stevvooe-resumable

Hi,

I picked golang-github-stevvooe-resumable from the list of packages
maintained by "pkg-go".  Adding a debian/watch file uncovered there is
a new version available which I've packaged.  Unfortunately the package
fails its build time tests as you can see in Salsa CI

Any help is welcome to fix this.
