Agreed.

What do you think of a 0.3.12-3 release including the alternate llvm 
build-dependencies (as above)?  Then we could close bug #803644.
I don't think jessie has llvm-3.6-dev, so including llvm-3.5-dev would 
be useful for a backport to stable.

I chatted to one of the Ubuntu developers and got julia added to a 
'big_packages' list for autopkgtests, and now it passes on amd64 there 
as well.
