[Pkg-kbd-devel] Let kbd provide a libconsole shared library

Hi,

as we all know, there are many things to do and we are all busy
with other stuff.  But in my opinion, it is very important to move
forward.
So I plan to work on providing a libconsole shared library for kbd,
like console-tools.  I prefer to do this before moving binaries
into /bin, it should make the size overhead smaller.
Do not hesitate to ping me if nothing has been done within a couple
of weeks ;)  And of course feel free to work on other stuff.
