[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#904260: [tellico] field "production year" allows no manual entry of persian digits while import through CSV works

Dear Maintainers,

the manual entry of a production year requires european digits, although
Tellico can handle persian/arabic digits (which are also left to right):
if I import data from a CSV with the production year in persian digits
they are used without problem until a change is made manually which
deletes the production year.

e.g. ۱۳۸۸
