Package: lua-ldap
Version: 1.3.0-2+b1
Hey,
lua-ldap as it ships in Debian stable (12.9/Bookworm) contains an
upstream bug that causes segfaults when running ldapsearch.
My workaround last year (sorry, I forgot to file at the time it would
seem) was to install 1.3.1 which was presumably in testing at the time.
Since testing is now in 1.4.x and in sticking to the staying on the same
branch in a Debian release principle it would still seem the correct
procedure to update lua-ldap to the last 1.3.x version available (1.3.1)
and not leave it on a beta release.
Sorry for the late report, I realize you're probably busy with Debian 13
already, but better late than never (while still maintained).
Hope that helps,

The following query for instance results in a segfault, I seem to recall
that it was related to the attributes field, but it was a while ago and
as said the solution is 1.3.1
