There are versions missing that are part of the history of
this version.

Please do not ever remove items from the Debian changelog.

One effect of this bad practice is that version tracking thinks that
#824825 is still present in the version in unstable, which would
ensure that your package will not be part of stretch.

Please add the missing changelog items (at least 0.11.0-19-g717bd7e-1
and 0.11.0-19-g717bd7e-2) back to the Debian changelog.
