[pkg-lxqt-devel] Bug#896514: Fix symbols for riscv64 and symbol cleanup

There was no magic in it - but i talked with LStranger about the
upcoming release and the need to poke the ia64 and riscv64 maintainers
eventually :P - libfm (and the initial bootstrap) was the missed build
block for libfm-qt.

And if one have a look at the created symbol mess it give an answer why
i was not really eager to process #893712 :D - i think i will do the
symbol cleanup tomorrow, if i find the time to do so.
