copyright.  Also please add the copyright holders.

src/core/vfs/fm-xml-file.c is in part Copyright 2000, 2003 Red Hat, Inc. -
Please add to debian/copyright.

Copyright notices for Juergen Hoetzel <juergen at archlinux.org> and Mamoru
TASAKA <mtasaka at fedoraproject.org> for src/core/legacy/fm-config.* are
missing.

The first issue (missing license) is reject worthy.  Since we are past
transition freeze, please fix debian/copyright, reupload to experimental, and
then check with the release team to see if they will approve the transition.
