[pkg-lxqt-devel] Bug#963102: Some user-created .desktop launchers can't be started from lxqt menu and lxqt panel

Some user-created .desktop launchers can't be started from lxqt menu and lxqt panel - for example, a launcher with a bash command - though they can be launched from pcmanfm-qt file manager.

The system is:

os distribution: Debian Buster 10.4 with lxqt/sddm/openbox (with latest updates) - LXQt 0.14.1, sddm 0.18.0-1 and Qt 5.11.3

processor: amd athlon

chipset: nvidia nForce 430

ram: 4GB ddr2
