Bug#785739: mate-screensaver: Not able to authenticate when screen is locked

Hi all,
@John my machine is not powerful enough to run kvm guest or
virtualbox. It can kinda but everything becomes much slower.

I finally downloaded and installed mate-screensaver from
snapshot.debian.org although it was not much of lazyness as you
suspected but dread as the possibility that I might need to also
download some other components due to dependancy hell. That is why
it's easier if the downgrade is within stable,testing,unstable and
experimental and hence all four are in my /etc/apt/sources.list

Anyways, early verdict is that the old version works fine, although
would look for couple of days before giving the verdict in.
