[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] tree-style-tab conversion to WebExtensions

Dear Ximin Luo,

Thank you for maintaining "tree-style-tab" which is one of the packages I can 
not live without.

I hope you don't mind that I've imported its repository to

  https://salsa.debian.org/webext-team/tree-style-tab

and committed some changes to bring the package up to date, including  
conversion to WebExtensions.

Please have a look when you have a moment. I would love to know what do you 
think.
